This section describes ACACIA BLOOM's commitments as a data processor acting on behalf of its users.
It complements the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy.
Roles of the Parties
The user acts as the data controller.
ACACIA BLOOM acts as a data processor, solely for the processing strictly necessary to perform the requested service.
Documented Instructions
ACACIA BLOOM processes data only on documented instructions from the user.
No data is processed for any purpose other than producing the requested output.
Confidentiality
All personnel authorized to process data are subject to appropriate confidentiality obligations.
Sub-processors
ACACIA BLOOM engages technical sub-processors for hosting and network security purposes, including Cloudflare.
ACACIA BLOOM ensures that all sub-processors provide sufficient guarantees with respect to applicable data protection requirements.
Security of Processing
ACACIA BLOOM implements technical and organizational measures appropriate to the level of risk associated with the processing.
End of Processing
Upon completion of the service, data is deleted or returned in accordance with the applicable arrangements.
International Transfers
Where data is transferred outside the European Union, ACACIA BLOOM ensures that appropriate safeguards are in place in accordance with Chapter V of the GDPR or any applicable equivalent regulation.
