ACACIA BLOOM designs and provides autonomous software systems.

These systems are intended solely to observe, measure, and produce structured outputs based on data supplied by the user.

The services do not constitute professional, financial, legal, or strategic advice, and shall not be construed as such under Tunisian law or any other applicable law.

They do not perform binding automated decision-making and do not replace human judgment under any circumstances.

Each service begins with a diagnostic designed to identify the existence of a measurable output within a given context.

The diagnostic results in a verdict: relevant, not relevant, or non-conclusive.

When no relevant output is identified, the system stops. No additional service is provided.

ACACIA BLOOM does not guarantee the existence of any output, gain, performance improvement, or economic outcome.

The systems produce structured information. They do not make decisions.

The user remains solely responsible for interpreting any output and for decisions made on that basis.

ACACIA BLOOM shall not be held liable for any action or inaction resulting from the use of its systems.

ACACIA BLOOM reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or discontinue access to any service, in particular where no relevant output is identified, where the context is ambiguous, or where a legal, ethical, or operational risk is identified.

These Terms are governed by Tunisian law.

Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Tunis, Tunisia.
